Before submitting your order, step 4 of the ordering process ("Final check - everything OK?") offers you the chance to check all the details again (e.g. name, address, method of payment and items ordered) and make changes if necessary.
Once you have completed the ordering process at giftbasketsbyellen.com by entering the details as prompted, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods from Gift Baskets by ELLEN by clicking on the button "Submit" in the section "Step 4 of your order".
This offer is considered accepted (and the contract thereby concluded) by dispatching the goods you ordered.

Right to return goods
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
You may return goods bought at Gift Baskets by ELLEN within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the item price and applicable taxes will be refunded. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
If you exercise your right to exchange or return goods within 7 days of receiving
the goods, the sales contract is rendered invalid.
To comply with the time limit, all you need to do is to send a return request within
the 7-day period by eMail to:

to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it. All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material.
If you return goods, the contract is canceled and any sums paid are refunded once
the delivered goods have been returned.
Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to
claim for compensation.
Please always return the item to us in full together with its original packaging - that allows us to complete the process quickly

Other product and company names and logos appearing on the Web Site may be registered or unregistered trade-names, trade-marks and service-marks of their respective owners. Any use of the trade-names, trade-marks, service-marks and logos (collectively known as "Marks") displayed on the Web Site is strictly prohibited.
