We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
You may return goods bought at Gift Baskets by ELLEN within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the item price and applicable taxes will be refunded. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
If you exercise your right to exchange or return goods within 7 days of receiving
the goods, the sales contract is rendered invalid.
To comply with the time limit, all you need to do is to send a return request within
the 7-day period by eMail to:

to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it. All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material.
If you return goods, the contract is canceled and any sums paid are refunded once
the delivered goods have been returned.
Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to
claim for compensation.
Please always return the item to us in full together with its original packaging - that allows us to complete the process quickly
Replacements and Substitutions
In the event a product becomes unavailable Gift Baskets by ELLEN reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value. In order to ensure freshness we reserve the right from time to time to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value. Gift Baskets by ELLEN assure you the overall design, theme, color and quality of the gift basket will not be compromised.
In the event that a container (basket) becomes unavailable we reserve the right to substitute it with a like container with equal or greater value. If the substitution will drastically change the look or design of the basket we will contact you to discuss further options.
Delivery
To keep costs down and pass those saving on the you, our customer, Gift Baskets by ELLEN uses third party logistics partners within our inventory and delivery process
systems. Because of this, when ordering multiple items, your order may consist of
more than one shipment.
Deliveries can be made while stocks last. We cannot guarantee that products advertised
on our Web Site will be available when ordered or thereafter.
Currently we offer free delivery with-in Canada only (excluding Yukon and the NWT and Nunavut). PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IN CERTAIN RURAL AREAS, ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY. If a gift basket needs to be redirected or delivered again due to incorrect address information a surcharge will apply. Please keep in mind that in certain remote areas the delivery time may vary. The carrier makes 2 delivery attempts and if the delivery notice on the door is not filled out the Gift Basket would get returned to Gift Baskets by ELLEN whereby, it would have to be delivered again (Additional fee applies). We can not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped We are not liable for incorrect and incomplete addresses. Our carrier will make 2 delivery attempts before returning a package. New shipping charges will apply to process returned orders.
The carrier is not responsible for bringing the package into your home, unpacking,
installing or removing packing materials.
Goods remain the property of Gift Baskets by ELLEN until payment has been received in full.
Payment, due date, failure to pay
Currently, payment can be made by American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment sent in the form of cash or cheques.
Should your credit or debit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.
Trade orders are not accepted.
